Step 1: Do push ups daily. a good amount to do is about 30-50 per day.

Step 2: Frequently do sit ups. About 100 per day would be a good amount to stay fit.

Step 3: Run laps around your community and time yourself to keep your endurance up. You could also play sports like basketball for a good cardio workout.

Step4: Maintain a healthy diet by eating good foods. You should eat a lot of fruits.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients: all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, butter, sugar, peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and milk.

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda.

3. Cream together the butter, sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg , vanilla , and milk.

4. Shape into 40 balls and place each into an ungreased mini muffin pan.

5. Bake at 375 degrees and press in to balls.

In my opinion Darelle Revis is the best corner back in the NFL. He shuts down the oppenents best reciever week after week. Yes including Randy Moss and Terrell Owens a.k.a. the cry babies. Yes they are great recievers but they need to admit when they have met there match. In two games this year Revis held Moss to nine catches for 58 yards and T.O to six catches for 44 yards. Sounds like they got shut down to me. Listen your stuck on Revis Island and theres nowhwere to go so stop crying and give him is props.

Well the new york jets are certainly underdogs in there game with the colts but there coach Rex Ryan does not think so. He thinks if they can pressure 4 time mvp Peyton Manning then they are goin to come out on top. The jets have the number 1 ranked defense in the leauge and blitz more then anybody else. Oh and they also have Darelle Revis the best shutdown corner ive seen in a long time. If the jets want to win they also have to use there number one ranked rushing offense. If they can run the ball succesfully then manning will be on the sideline where all of New York would like to see him. Mark Sanchez has grown up and learned to manage the game better. If these things work out then we will be seeing the J-E-T-S in miami for the super bowl.
